Elizabeth is Senior Manager, Legal for the Capita Fiduciary Group, part of The Capita Group Plc, a FTSE 100 company which is the UK's leading business process outsourcing and professional services company.

Prior to joining Capita in 2007, she was Assistant Institute Secretary and in-house counsel at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. During her time at CIPD, Elizabeth provided legal and governance advice to the board of both CIPD and its commercial subsidiary CIPD Enterprises Limited, of which she was also company secretary.

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand where she practised at Buddle Findlay, a large commercial law firm, before emigrating to England in 2002.  As well as being on the roll of solicitors for England and Wales, Elizabeth is a chartered company secretary.  She graduated from Victoria University of Wellington with an Honours degree in history, and Bachelors degrees in English and Law.
