Paula has worked in the charity sector for the past 20 years and has led a number of award-winning corporate partnerships across a range of sectors and industries. 

 

In her current role as Head of Strategic Partnerships at the Royal National Institute of Blind People she is responsible for the development and delivery of partnerships designed to remove barriers and change the world.

 

Prior to the charity sector Paula worked in the financial sector specialising in marketing and holds a Marketing Masters. 

 

Paula joined Getting on Board as a member of the Board of Trustees in April 2023.
