Emma is an experienced charity trustee/NED recruitment professional, committed to supporting essential strategic, board-level appointments. She believes these appointments are important for ensuring provision for charity beneficiaries, support and guidance for the organisation’s executive, and for ensuring the confidence of the public and other third parties.
Emma also encourages how trustee appointments can support the personal motivations and professional development aims of an individual. She has worked with a wide variety of organisations, helping to appoint over 500 trustees and committee members with a variety of skills and experience.
Outside work, Emma has been happily married for seven years and enjoys cooking and entertaining friends and family, including growing some of what’s on the menu. She also enjoys reading, collecting Art Deco jewellery, and Salvador Dali art. Emma is also Loyal House Servant to the cat and the dogs, Abe and Todd, two wire haired dachshunds!
