Frances is a governance and equity, diversity, and inclusion expert. Driving improvements in organisation approach and practice, she has extensive experience working with and supporting boards and Executive Teams and was previously the governance lead at the British Red Cross and strategy, planning and governance lead at Mind.

 

Frances is a Bayes Business School Alumnus with a post-graduate degree in Voluntary Sector Management.  

 

Frances was a Trustee of Kazzum Arts.
