GRANT TAYLOR
Co-Chair
Grant has over 20 years’ experience working with Boards to recruit NEDs, executives and in undertaking board development projects.
He founded Peridot Partners in 2009 and leads on board development initiatives ensuring that his clients get the most impact from their boards. He also keeps his recruitment experience current by undertaking a small number of executive and board recruitment projects every year.
Grant has two previous Trusteeships including nearly 5 years at ECHO, the Evelina Children’s Heart Organisation, where he led a strategic review and recruitment process to appoint a new Treasurer, Chair and Vice Chair, and then over 5 years with Working Families, the national work-life charity.
Grant is passionate about governance and ensuring that boards are both effective in their operations and appropriately resourced.
