Kathryn Sullivan
Trainer
Kathryn is an entrepreneur specialising in organisational development and governance. Educated at Northumbria University, she spent some time in the private sector in a sales environment before returning to education working in a students' union. From there to the National Union of Students was a logical progression and Kathryn spent more than 10 years developing stakeholder relationships and driving organisational quality and development.
MiraGold, Kathryn's trading organisation, was founded in January 2019 and provides 'Wonderful Governance, Organisational Leadership and Development' to the charity sector. Herself a trustee for 11 years, including four as chair, Kathryn is currently a primary school governor.
Kathryn has an advanced Train the Trainer qualification and is highly experienced in developing and delivering high quality advancement tools for organisations and their people.
