KIKE ONIWINDE

Trustee

Kike Oniwinde is the Co-Founder and CEO of BYP Network, a platform that connects black professionals to each other and corporations. She is a BSc Economics graduate of The University of Nottingham, University of Florida MSc scholar, and an ex-Great Britain javelin thrower. After gaining work experience in investment banking, Kike worked in Business Development at a fast-growing financial technology start-up for two years because she realised ‘tech is the future’. Her motivation for starting BYP Network was to “change the black narrative” after the 2016 BLM protests and general lack of diversity within companies. The platform has since grown to 40,000 members and over 60 corporate clients including Facebook, Accenture and Sky. Kike is a Forbes 30 under 30, Maserati Top 100 Most Innovative Founders and a Financial Times Top 100 BAME Leaders in Technology.
