  1. Application. Complete our form. Please note that admission to this programme is by application only.
  2. Initial contact. If your application is successful, one of our matchers will make contact to arrange a convenient time for the 30 minute phone interview
  3. Phone interview. To discuss potential vacancies.
  4. Current vacancies. Our matcher will email you a selection of hand-picked vacancies (usually 5-10).
  5. Follow-up. Via phone or email.
  6. Final search. A 2nd, final search for suitable vacancies if required.
  7. Follow-up. We’ll follow-up to see if you have applied to join a board or are now a trustee.
