About the team

We have a small and dedicated central team who support the board and carry out the day to day work of running the charity.

Our team of associate trainers have a wealth of experience in the charity sector. They are sector leaders in governance, organisational leadership and development. They come equipped with in-depth knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion as well as social change practices. Many are trustees themselves and have both hands on and strategic knowledge of the sector.
