Trustee Learning Programme

All sessions in our Trustee Learning Programme are free thanks to generous sponsorship from Rathbones who support the finance webinars, Russell-Cooke who support our governance webinars and five leading recruitment agencies Charisma, Diversifying Group, Starfish,TPP and Peridot have come together to support the webinars that relate to trustee recruitment.

The programme has on average between 2-3 events a week on a wide variety of subjects designed to further trustees' learning.

Helping your employees become trustees

Helping your staff to become trustees has myriad benefits for your organisation, your employees and society as a whole. Many organisations we work with are using charity trusteeship as a pathway to personal learning and development.

Getting on Board works in partnership with organisations like King's College London and Allen & Overy to build trustee training for their staff into employers' CSR and HR programmes.
