About the Board
Getting on Board recruits a robust and effective board of trustees. To keep the Board refreshed, a third of our trustees must retire, that is, stand down from their trustee position, at every annual general meeting.
When we actively recruit, we do so via an open recruitment process and advertise trustee positions as widely as possible. All candidates, including speculative approaches, go through an interview process. We pay particular attention to maintaining and building the diversity of the board in terms of both protected characteristics and diversity of ideas.
