Tracy is a marketing and commercial growth leader with a background in corporate ventures and high-growth, tech-enabled businesses.
She’s built businesses for Tesco, Volkswagen Group, Daimler Mercedes-Benz, Renault Group and Allianz, across multiple sectors and business models. Scaled success stories like Wise, disrupters such as Carwow and led significant multi-market roll-outs.
Tracy’s passion is helping organisations to find scaled, sustainable paths to growth and impact - with a particular focus on those using technology to create category leading change and great experiences.
Tracy believes strongly in the power of social and workplace equity, and in giving back to the business community in support of worthy businesses and causes. Alongside her day to day to role, and her trustee position at Getting On Board, Tracy is an advisory board member at government backed Be The Business, supporting the UK’s SME’s to run more productive businesses. Tracy is also a mentor with Start Up Bootcamp, Europe’s number one accelerator of technology based start-ups, and with Femtech Labs, a global health tech accelerator supporting founding teams building solutions in the underserved female health space.
